Railtur Wagon Industry and Transportation Inc.
Railtur Wagon Industry and Transportation Inc. was established in the Kayseri Free Zone in 2006 to manufacture and maintain railway wagons and spare parts. In the year it was founded, it became Turkey's first factory to produce Y25 type bogies and tank wagons to European Union standards. It operates on a 15,000 m2 covered area and a 60,000 m2 open area. Our factory is the largest Y25 type bogie manufacturer in Turkey.
Our company has the design, development, welded fabrication and production capability for railway vehicles, bogies, wagon sub-assemblies, pressure vessels and their components, as well as products for the general machinery industry. It also carries out the service, maintenance and modernisation of the products it sells. It holds the quality certificates required for all of these activities.
To date it has produced more than 10,000 Y25 type bogies in different configurations, 500 Flat wagons, 300 tank wagons of various types and 200 metro and tram bogie frames with various specifications.
It has also obtained supplier qualification certificates from European railway operators.
