Railtur Wagon Industries

The first factory in Türkiye to build wagons and bogies to European Union standards.

Since 2006 we have been producing freight wagons, tank wagons and Y25 type bogies to our own design in the Kayseri Free Trade Zone.

What we do

Production
Cutting, machining, welding, blasting and paint: the whole line under one roof.
Quality control
Dimensional checks, NDT methods and paint control by EN ISO 9712 qualified staff.
Product and fixture development
Original designs from 3D modelling and numerical analysis; the production fixtures are ours too.
Metallurgy laboratory
The laboratory where we test our own wagons also serves outside companies.
