Quality Control Dimensional and Weld Inspection

As a part of our quality management system, our company carries out quality control processes in the processes determined according to the quality plans prepared specifically for each product. The purpose of the specified processes is to ensure that only quality products are delivered to the customer.

Quality control procedures performed; It means process and measurement control to demonstrate compliance with input requirements, semi-finished products and products, as well as certification of meeting requirements for processes and the customer. Quality control processes:

Our personnel performing non-destructive methods are qualified according to EN ISO 9712.

High-tech metrology devices are used to meet the requirements of our certificates and standards.

With quality control, the data in the production area is transferred to the instant digital area with the ERP system. Production data and engineering processes are constantly controlled. Products with high accuracy and precision are guaranteed to be delivered to the customer.

Ultrasonic testing. The sound wave travels through the part; a discontinuity inside shows up as an echo on the screen. The part is not damaged.

Quality Control Mechanical Test Laboratory

With the mechanical test laboratory in the factory, the quality of the purchased materials is controlled by applying destructive and non-destructive testing methods. In the tests performed, procedures in accordance with ISO17025 are used.
